Courtney Fields

Senior Director, Global Sales

Courtney is a highly motivated and energetic sales professional bringing over 20 years of experience with an accustomed track record within a global sales organization. Driven by her passion for cultivating long-term relationships, she utilizes her innate strengths and abilities from the development of accounts to implementing sales strategies all while achieving guest satisfaction, revenue goals and profit maximization. Prior to joining Davidson, Courtney’s experience encompassed all the largest hotel brands in the world including Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt and IHG. A Dallas, Texas native, Courtney received a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from University of Houston and completed an MBA program with a concentration in business management at Amberton University. Courtney actively participates with multiple industry associations and dedicates her time to various charities and has a passion for her local Children Advocacy Center.

With more than 28 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Lance has worked across many disciplines, from food & beverage and hotel operations to sales & marketing for leading companies such as Omni Hotels & Resorts, Starwood Hotels & Resorts and Meeting Expectations. A graduate of the University of Nevada–Las Vegas’ Hotel Administration program, Lance began his career as a management trainee in Los Angeles and held previous positions within the cruise industry before embarking on a sales & marketing career in 1996. Lance has held a number of leadership positions in the industry: he currently serves as Vice President of Communications for the Georgia Chapter of Meeting Professionals International and previously served as President from 2006-2007. Notable awards and accolades garnered include the Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation in 2001 and the Global Certification in Meeting Management (CMM) in 2008. Lance is a regular contributor to leading publications based on his thought leadership and subject matter expertise – he’s been proudly featured in Atlanta Business Chronicle, MPI Georgia’s Quarterly journal, Breakout, and Meeting Professionals International’s monthly magazine.

With 20 years of experience in hospitality sales and marketing, Ben brings an innovative and refreshing approach to sales partnerships. As an industry expert in business travel, GDS, and travel industry sales, he spent his career analyzing travel trends, balancing the needs of the traveler with the revenue goals of the hotel, and bringing value to both clients and ownership stakeholders. From brands such as Marriott, Hilton, and Hyatt to lifestyle cultures such as W Hotels, Renaissance, and independent properties, the key to his success is most attributed to a well-rounded knowledge of distribution systems, travel agency relationships, and corporate accounts. A graduate of Florida Southern College, Ben is a global citizen who loves travel and cultures.
